North Staffordshire Vocation Promotions Group – Chalice Programme
During the next two years a specially blessed prayer chalice will travel to each parish within our deanery. We hope this will assist you in your prayers for vocations to the priesthood, diaconate and consecrated life. We will receive the chalice in October 2018 for our two parishes.
Clayton Day of Adoration (Sunday 16th October)
Starting with Mass at 9.15am with the school. Adoration throughout the day until Benediction at 6.00 pm.
Lists for Watching and to buy a candle (£3.50) in memory of a loved one are available in the porch.
Winter Fayre (Saturday 24th November)
From 1pm – 3 pm.
Loggerheads Parish Council Commemoration of end of World War 1 (11th November)
At White House Farm, on Mucklestone Wood Lane in Loggerheads, starting at 1845 hours. The Last post will be played and a two minute silence observed before a beacon is lit at 1900 hours. Expected time to finish is 1925 hours after prayers for peace and singing by the community choir. If you are able to attend please contact Clayton parish office to enable us to confirm numbers.

Celebration Day (14th October)
Celebrating our involvement in World Meeting of Families, Youth Synod and Adoremus plus a celebration of the canonisation of Bl. Oscar Romero and Bl. Pope Paul V1 alongside five others.
